System Requirement (Government)

To access ePerolehan, every Government agency must make advance preparation in readiness for process implementation.

To enable this, minimum infrastructure in place must include the following items:

1. Bandwidth 5 Mbps (single user)
2. Browser Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge Browser latest version
3. Screen resolution 1280 X 800
4. Processor PC Intel i3 or equivalent
5. Memory 8GB RAM
6. Operating system Windows 10
7. Scanner
(The responsibility centre involved under the Contract Management module is required to scan the signed and stamped pages of the documents for ePerolehan system upload.)		 A4 Scanner

 


For PTJ utilizing/accessing the ePerolehan System outside the PTJ premises to conduct collective procurement assessments, several additional requirements need to be taken into account:

  1. Ensure that the network at the respective premises has a minimum capacity of 50Mbps for 10-20 users. 
  2. The network should be solely used for accessing the ePerolehan System, such as for quotation or tender evaluation activities, and should not be used for other purposes (e.g., browsing YouTube/Instagram).
  3. Prefer the use of a LAN network over Wi-Fi.
  4. The network used should not be shared with external users (e.g., hotel tenants/hall occupants).
