Definition of Disruptive Process

Disruptive Process in the context of ePerolehan System (eP) is defined as major interruption which prevents transaction to proceed in the normal manner which affects majority of users.

Applicability of the SOP

SOP of the Disruptive Process will be applicable in the event where majority of suppliers are unable to submit Quotation and Tender (QT) proposal on the closing time. This is based on cases logged or reported in eAduan. Nevertheless, cases logged after the closing time at 12 PM will be excluded from this SOP.

Condition of Disruptive Process

1. Disruption that occurs from morning and has not been resolved before or by 11 AM.

1. Closing time at 12 PM for all Quotation and Tender (QT) will be extended to the next calendar day
2. Notification regarding the extension of the closing date will be published in portal.

2. Disruption that occurs at 11 AM and has not been resolved before or by 11:20 AM.

1. Closing time at 12 PM for all Quotation and Tender (QT) will be extended to the next calendar day
2. Notification regarding the extension of the closing date will be published in portal.

3. Disruption that occurs at the last 15 minutes before the closing time

1. No extension to the closing date of all Quotation and Tender (QT)
2. Notification will not be published in the portal
