To ensure ePerolehan System is always in good working condition, weekly maintenance will be implemented.

The ePerolehan Sistem is not accessible during the maintenance period as follow:

Day : Every Friday
From : 10:00 PM
To. : 06:00 AM

Users are advice to plan your procurement to avoid any inconvenient. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.

Email Address Update

Suppliers are advised to provide their respective business email with their company’s domain name or using email service providers such as Google.

This is important to ensure that all suppliers receive email notification from ePerolehan system.

The use of email service providers such as Yahoo with the domain name @yahoo.com, @ymail.com and rocketmail.com are NOT recommended.

Kindly refer to the Manual Pengguna Fungsi Lazim to change your email address.

 

Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for the Disruptive Process and Tender

Suppliers are advised to refer the SOP for Disruptive Process of Quotation and Tender prior to participating in Quotation and Tender published in ePerolehan System.
