Client Charter
  1. To govern the development of ePerolehan system to meet the requirements of Bahagian Perolehan Kerajaan Government Procurement Division, Ministry of Finance.
  2. To support the users (Government / Supplier) in the usage of ePerolehan System  via these channels:

     
  3. To monitor customer support services (Helpdesk) managed by CDCSB in assisting the users of ePerolehan System.
  4. The response duration according to the type of complaints / inquiries received related to the ePerolehan System are as follows:

     
  5. To ensure that the ePerolehan System is operating 24 hours, 7 days a week.
